Helping Patients Find Real Relief

Living with chronic pain can affect nearly every part of your life. At Anesthesia Specialists of Arkansas, we’re committed to helping patients manage pain through personalized treatment plans, minimally invasive care, and advanced pain management solutions. Our goal is to help you find relief, improve function, and enjoy a better quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Focused on Helping Patients Reclaim Their Lives

Our Mission

Our mission is to make a difference in our patients’ lives by providing long-term pain relief. We seek to identify the underlying source of your pain and then develop a personalized pain management plan using a multi-modal approach. Our goal is to treat you in a safe and compassionate setting, understanding that chronic pain can interfere with all aspects of your life. Getting you back to the life you want to have is our primary concern.

Care Designed Around Your Needs

Our Approach to Pain Management

Pain is rarely one-dimensional, and treatment shouldn’t be either. That’s why we use a multi-modal approach to pain management that considers the many factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Depending on your condition and treatment goals, your care plan may include minimally invasive procedures, regenerative medicine, wellness-focused services, and other therapies designed to address pain from multiple angles. Rather than focusing on short-term symptom management alone, we work to identify underlying causes whenever possible and develop a plan that supports comfort, mobility, and function over time.

Our approach allows us to tailor care to each patient while helping them better understand their condition and available treatment options.

Board-certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Integrative Medicine

Dr. Angela Lovett is a lifelong Arkansan who has spent her career helping patients find relief from chronic pain through compassionate, personalized care. Coming from a family of Arkansas physicians, with both her father and son serving communities across the state, she carries forward a longstanding commitment to caring for patients with skill, integrity, and compassion.

Practicing medicine since 1996, Dr. Lovett is board certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Integrative Medicine. Her extensive experience allows her to care for patients with a wide range of chronic pain conditions while developing treatment plans that are tailored to each individual. Dr. Lovett’s practice emphasizes minimally invasive, nonsurgical treatments designed to help patients manage chronic pain while avoiding more invasive procedures whenever possible. She believes treatment should be individualized, with recommendations based on each patient’s diagnosis, symptoms, overall health, and long-term goals.

In addition to traditional pain management, Dr. Lovett has incorporated integrative medicine into her practice for more than a decade. Her approach recognizes that chronic pain is often influenced by more than a single diagnosis. By combining evidence-based pain management with integrative medicine, Dr. Lovett works to address the many factors that may contribute to chronic pain while helping patients improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Above all, Dr. Lovett believes every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and involved in their care. Her goal isn’t simply to reduce pain, but to help patients regain independence, restore function, and move forward with greater comfort, confidence, and hope.
